Service Description

PropertyFlow is a Chrome extension that extracts invoice data from Gmail and exports it to Google Sheets. The service requires a Google account and permission to access Gmail and Google Sheets.

Account Requirements

You must:

• Have a valid Google account
• Grant necessary permissions for the extension to function
• Use the service for lawful purposes only

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

PropertyFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Errors in invoice extraction
• Service interruptions
• Third-party service issues (Google, Paddle)

Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
