PropertyFlow is a Chrome extension that helps you extract invoice data from Gmail to Google Sheets. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Data We Access

PropertyFlow accesses your Gmail to read invoice emails. This data is processed locally in your browser and sent directly to your Google Sheet. We do not store your email content on our servers.

Data We Store

We store minimal data required for the service:

• Your email address (for account identification)
• Subscription status
• Usage metrics (number of scans, not content)

Data Security

All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS. Your Google OAuth tokens are stored securely and can be revoked at any time through your Google account settings.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google APIs (Gmail, Sheets, Drive) - for core functionality
• Supabase - for user authentication and subscription management
• Paddle - for payment processing

Your Rights
